Morning lemon water

✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 lemons
  • 1 glass of warm water (250–300 ml)
  • Keep in mind: not hot water or cold water, just warm water.
  • Mix this in a bottle, but do not drink from a plastic bottle.

Steps:

  1. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
  2. Cut the lemon in half.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half or a whole lemon (depending on your taste) into the water.
  4. Stir well.
  5.  Add a teaspoon of honey or a few mint leaves for extra flavor (Optional).

💡 Tips:

  • Use a straw to protect your teeth.
  • After drinking, rinse with water.
    • Be consistent – drink it daily for 2–4 weeks to notice benefits.
