1- Wake up early in the morning

Early morning is a time when many people are still asleep, and because they breathe less during sleep, the air becomes fresher and full of oxygen.

2- Drink lemon water

Drinking lemon water can improve many things in your body, but there are also some things to note.

What it does:

  • Boosts Hydration  – Hydration means your body has enough water to function properly. It helps with

    • Increase energy levels

    • Brain function

    • Digestion

    • Healthy skin

    • Maintaining body temperature

    • Joint lubrication

  • Aids Digestion

    • Aids digestion means it helps your stomach and intestines break down food properly, so your body feels comfortable after eating.

  • Rich in Vitamin C.

  • Supports Weight Management.

  • Helps Detox the Body (Mildly)

    • This means it helps your body remove waste, toxins, and harmful substances naturally.

  • May Improve Skin Quality

  • Freshens Breath

💡 Tips:

  • Use a straw to protect your teeth.

  • After drinking, rinse with water.

    • Be consistent – drink it daily for 2–4 weeks to notice benefits.

You can follow this routine: When to drink-

  • Right after waking up, but before eating something.

  • After drinking, wait 15–30 minutes, then eat anything.

How to make lemon water.

✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 lemons

  • 1 glass of warm water (250–300 ml)

  • Keep in mind: not hot water or cold water, just warm water.

Mix this in a bottle, but do not drink from a plastic bottle.

3. Morning Exercise

  • There are many ways you can exercise.

     

    • Muslims can pray the Fajr namaz — it can be an exercise for your body.

       

    • Also, praying extra (chast/duha) namaz can help train your full body.

Or do morning exercises like:

  • Running (5–10 minutes)

  • Jumping jacks

  • Push-ups (or on knees)

  • Plank hold

4. Eat a Healthy Breakfast (Not junk food or oily things)
Avoid:

  • Fried (oily) food

  • Processed food

  • Sugary foods (the most dangerous for our body)

5. Eat Good Food Like:

  • Fresh fruits

  • Vegetables

  • Nuts

  • Grains

  • Fish

6. Avoid Long Sitting

  • Every 30–60 minutes, walk for 1 minute.

7. Limit Screen Time Before Bed

Avoid phone or screen use before sleep.

8. Try to Sleep Earlier and Wake Up Earlier. Sleep for 7–8 hours.

9. Avoid Toxic News or Social Media Drama
