1- Wake up early in the morning

  • Early morning is a time when many people are still asleep, and because they breathe less during sleep, the air becomes fresher and full of oxygen.

You can follow this routine: When to drink-

  • Right after waking up, but before eating something.
  • After drinking, wait 15–30 minutes, then eat anything.

3. Morning Exercise

  • There are many ways you can exercise.
    • Muslims can pray the Fajr namaz — it can be an exercise for your body.  Also, praying extra (chast/duha) namaz can help train your full body.

Or do morning exercises like:

  • Running (5–10 minutes)
  • Jumping jacks
  • Push-ups (or on knees)
  • Plank hold

4. Eat a Healthy Breakfast (Not junk food or oily things)
Avoid:

  • Fried (oily) food
  • Processed food
  • Sugary foods (the most dangerous for our body)

5. Eat Good Food Like:

  • Fresh fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Nuts
  • Grains
  • Fish

6. Avoid Long Sitting

  • Every 30–60 minutes, walk for 1 minute.

7. Limit Screen Time Before Bed

  • Avoid phone or screen use before sleep.

8. Try to Sleep Earlier and Wake Up Earlier. Sleep for 7–8 hours.

9. Avoid Toxic News or Social Media Drama
